Wellbeing Visitor

As a Wellbeing Visitor at LifeLinks, you'll directly impact the lives of our clients. Your primary focus will be visiting clients in residential settings to ensure they receive the support they need. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with residential providers to identify suitable supports that best meet individual needs. You'll also participate in community-focused activities, including travel and expos, where you'll represent LifeLinks and contribute to our shared goals.

This role isn't just about tasks; it's about making a genuine difference in people's lives by supporting their wellbeing and fostering opportunities for a good life. 

What we need from you:

  • Experience of working in the disability sector.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management and/or community engagement with demonstrated ability to interact productively and positively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Experience using Manatū Hauora databases or the ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Ability to recognise and understand the principles and practice of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the implications for our services.
  • Current NZ Drivers Licence.
  • Related professional qualifications in Human Services are desirable but not essential.

This is a 40 hour a week role, working remotely, however travel is required within Canterbury. The salary for this role is $65k p.a.
