Welcome to LifeLinks

We promote independence in
an accessible world

Our Mission

To provide people, who have disabilities, with the highest standard of
service in ways that best suit their individual values, aspirations and outcomes.

Working with you to achieve
your goals

Empowering people to make decisions
about what they want for their lives

LifeLinks provides an individualised whole-of-life approach to service provision. We work closely with you and your family/whānau to develop an Outcome Plan and support strategies to achieve your identified goals.

We take a whole-of-life approach and work beside you to review key life areas to identify what’s working well, what can be improved and what natural, mainstream and funded supports might assist you to achieve your goals.

Supporting families/whānau
with their care

Committed to maintaining the resilience and
wellbeing of families/ whānau and carers

LifeLinks recognises that family/whānau and carers play a central role in the lives of people with disabilities and that accessing support at an early stage is essential for maintaining wellbeing.

Ask your outcome coordinator about services, supports and agencies that provide families/whānau/carers with support, information, advice and social networks.
